LPN Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Assist with procedures such as IV insertion and sterile processing
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare topics, including medication management and disease prevention
Skills:
  • Valid LPN license in the state of [Location]
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
  • Proficiency in performing IV insertions and sterile processing techniques
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
  • Experience in pediatric care is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures and electronic health records systems
  • Strong patient assessment skills and the ability to recognize changes in patient condition
  • Knowledge of dermal fillers is a plus
