POSITION

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LOCATION

Paducah, Kentucky

QUALIFICATIONS

active valid KY LPN license While we welcome applicants who are in recovery, Kentucky regulations require that our team members have two years of sobriety.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING

collect and review labs ordered by the doctor administer medications according to Stepworks protocols (training provided) monitor patient vitals and measure withdrawal symptoms (training provided) supervise residential patients assist clinicians/therapists encourage patients to persevere in treatment (training provided) be prepared for crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (training provided)

SHIFT:

Weekends; 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
