- A supportive environment where your voice is heard and your experience is respected LPN - Position Summary (1st Shift) As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Charter Senior Living, you play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our Assisted Living community.
You support residents through:
- Assessments and contributions to individualized care plans
- Medication administration and treatment management
- Documentation and clinical communication
- Monitoring changes in condition and collaborating with care partners
- Ensuring residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Approaching every interaction with patience, professionalism, and a warm smile This role is ideal for an LPN who values teamwork, person-centered care, and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents and families.
Must Have:
- Active LPN license in the State of Kentucky
