That's why River Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation provides a structured 60-Day New Graduate Nurse Training Program . Program Highlights One-on-one mentorship with an experienced, seasoned nurse Hands-on clinical training and skill development Progressive responsibility as confidence and competence increase Ongoing support and coaching Introduction to long-term care regulations and best practices Opportunities to learn leadership and communication skills Our goal is to help you become a confident, successful nurse in a supportive and encouraging environment. Schedule 12-hour Day Shifts 3 shifts per week Every other weekend required Upon successful completion of the 60-day one-on-one training program, nurses may be eligible for transfers within the organization based on available positions and scheduling preferences.
