Our facility is staffed with highly skilled professionals who strive to exceed expectations while meeting medical, nutritional, social, and personal needs. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cherry Ridge Skilled Nursing Facility in the US. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in achieving their individualized goals. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications Valid LPN license, ability to practice in Louisiana. Preferred experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic life support certification preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus. Compassionate attitude towards patient care. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
