We need a compassionate, high-quality nurse to care for our residents during the weekend shifts. You will deliver hands-on patient care, perform assessments, and support treatment plans in a dynamic environment that values your expertise and commitment. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about making a difference, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long term setting. Administer medications and patient assessments. Document all patient interactions accurately using Point Click Care (PCC). Qualifications Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. One year of Long Term Care experience in a nursing home is required.
