  • Lafayette Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partners in Lafayette, LA. FULL-TIME DAYS OR NIGHTS

What You'll Do:
Deliver hands-on nursing care to patients with complex medical needs Work closely with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support personalized care plans Monitor patient status, administer medications and basic treatments, and accurately document care Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting recovery and long-term well-being Ensure care is provided in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
Active LPN license in Louisiana or compact state 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
