ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Staff Development FUNCTIONPlan an organized system of training to assist in maintaining overall staff competency to maintain individualized safe, quality of care.

Plans and implements in-service programs for the development and improvement of the skills of facility personnel using a variety of teaching methods, presentations, materials and resources to meet the learners need.

Continually assess and evaluates staff learning throughout the orientation process for modification in various teaching methods.

Attends scheduled corporate staff development and infection control meetings.

Plans and implements nurse aide training program in accordance with state and federal requirements.
