We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients served in Orleans Parish.
Responsibilities:
Provides direct care under the supervision of registered nurses. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitors client served' vital signs and assess their condition. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Maintains accurate and up-to-date client served records.
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in Louisiana. CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic setting. Compassionate and client-centered approach to care
