Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Nurse to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in various medical settings. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort and safety. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with tube feeding and manage any necessary medical equipment. Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families regarding ongoing care needs. Support patients with developmental disabilities, fostering independence and quality of life. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and care provided.
