Shifts:
7am - 7pm 7pm - 7am What You'll Do As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will: Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight within the household Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately Lead and support CNAs and other household staff Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Support resident-directed care and individualized approaches to care planning Mentor and guide team members while fostering accountability and teamwork Help create a home-like environment that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life Qualifications Current Louisiana LPN license in good standing IV Certification required Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred (long-term care experience preferred) Commitment to person-directed care Dementia care and geriatric nursing experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with EHR systems, Microsoft Outlook, and medical terminology Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team Benefits Competitive Pay $3.00 Night Shift Differential Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Supplemental Insurance Options Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, and Personal Leave) 403(b) Retirement Plan Join a team that is committed to compassionate care, strong teamwork, and creating meaningful moments for the residents who call The Glen home.
