Responsibilities and Functions:

Distribute medications and/or perform treatments according to Dr. orders Direct and supervise CNAs and other employees in designated unit Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in resident conditions Document and maintain accurate, detailed records Record resident's medical information and vital signs Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident's condition Modify resident treatment plans as indicated by resident's responses and conditions Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate resident care plans Prepare residents for and assist with examinations or treatments

Requirements:

Licensure as a LPN, currently licensed in Louisiana Excellent clinical, computer, and communication skills The ability to work successfully in independent and team settings All interested applicants can stop by the facility and complete an application. Interviews will be conducted if administrative staff is available.
