Possession of a current Louisiana Practical Nurse license, a temporary permit, or a multi-state license issued by a Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC/eNLC) state. Job Duties:

The outpatient LPN 1-3 position duties include, but are not limited to: Provides direct nursing care to clients receiving treatment for mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or medical illness. Responsible for performing individualized direct client care. Performs standard nursing services, which may include the following: administering prescribed medications, performing injections, maintaining documentation in the electronic health record (EHR), administering screenings, tests, and other required labs, conducting assessments and screens for new clients. Participates as an active member of an interdisciplinary Treatment Team.

Probational Appointment. Applicants may be asked to serve a probationary period that may be anywhere between 6 months and 24 months.

Compensation:

This position is eligible for premium pay of $1.00/hour for hours worked performing direct patient care. The following rates are Special Entrance Rates (SER) established for this agency in these job titles: LPN 1 : $19.48/hour minimum

• $28.90/hour maximum LPN 2 : $20.84/hour minimum
• $30.92/hour maximum LPN 3 : $22.30/hour minimum
• $33.

08/hour maximum
