$35.00•45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Position:
The Acton-Boxborough School District is seeking two dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our school health services team for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will provide high-quality, student-centered nursing care in a collaborative and supportive environment. The LPN works closely with the building nurse(s) to support student health needs and promote a safe and healthy school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the building nurse(s) to provide direct care to students. Respond promptly and effectively to student illness, injury, and medical emergencies. Administer medications and perform treatments in accordance with physician orders and school protocols. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential student health records. Support student wellness and preventive health initiatives. Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff. Follow Massachusetts Department of Public Health guidelines and district nursing policies. Attend field trips as needed to support student health and safety
Preferred Experience:
Experience in school nursing and/or pediatric nursing
