Position Overview A healthcare facility in Falmouth, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment. The LPN will provide quality nursing care, support patient needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort measures Maintain accurate patient documentation and records Follow infection control and safety protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality patient care Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience required Active Massachusetts LPN License required High School Diploma or GED required Strong communication and patient care skills preferred For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
