- $35 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Customer service Computer literacy English LPN Home health Home & community care experience Full Job Description Maya Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per-diem position with opportunity to grow into full-time.
- Provide one-on-one care for patients in their homes
- Assessing, observing, teaching, and providing patient-centered care.
- Execute physician orders as required while reporting to the nursing supervisor.
- Maintain medical record documentation.
- Communicate with physicians, social workers or other health advisors as needed
Skills:
o Current knowledge of home care Nursing practices o Ability to respond to rapid changes in patient scheduling o Ability to work effectively as a team member o Excellent customer service skills relating to physicians, clinicians, patients and families o Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills o Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook o Excellent organizational skills o Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English o Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to agency policiesJob Types:
