Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the RN or physician Document care and observations accurately in resident records Support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity Collaborate with nursing assistants and other interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulationsQualifications:
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred Strong clinical and assessment skills Compassionate, patient-centered attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat We Offer:
