Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to join our nursing team. We have openings on our rehab unit and long-term care unit. Each resident unit is supported by a Unit Manager and full-time unit clerks to ensure quality care and organizational support. Our state-of-the-art rehab center is designed to aid in the rehabilitation of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document residents' health status and progress. Support residents with daily activities and personal care.
Qualifications:
Valid RN/LPN license. Experience in short-term rehab or long-term care preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
