The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is seeking compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN II) to support adults with developmental disabilities in community-based homes. What You'll Do:

Deliver hands-on nursing care (medications, treatments, vitals) Support individuals in daily living and independence goals Collaborate with direct care staff and healthcare providers Coordinate medical appointments and follow-up care Train staff on medical procedures and equipment Be a trusted advocate for the individuals you serve

What You Bring:

Active Massachusetts LPN license At least 1 year of LPN experience Compassion, patience, and a person-centered mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
