Registered Nurse Patient Assessment & Monitoring:

Regularly check vital signs, assess physiologic/psychosocial changes, and document patient health status using clinical technology.

Skilled Nursing Care:

Administer medications, perform wound care, manage feeding tubes, and handle catheterizations as prescribed.

Treatment Implementation:

Follow the care plan designed by the RN, which may include skilled nursing, therapy, or personal care support.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, timely electronic records of visits, interventions, and changes in condition.

Education & Support:

Teach patients and caregivers self-care techniques, disease management, and safety measures.

Coordination:

Collaborate with physicians and RNs to update the care plan and report changes in patient status

Job Types:
