Roles $5,500 sign-on bonus for RNs and LPNs hired during the one-day event RegalCare is seeking dedicated and compassionate nursing professionals to join our team across our Glen Ridge, Courtyard, and Wakefield locations. Duties & Task Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and recovery Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
