13 Weeks Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care within a Long-Term Care setting. The LPN will supervise nursing assistants, administer medications and treatments, coordinate resident care, and ensure compliance with all nursing standards while maintaining the highest level of quality patient care. BLS / CPR / AED
Certification Graduate of an Accredited LPN Program Long-Term Care Experience Preferred Strong Documentation and Medication Administration Skills Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team Ability to Lift Up to 50 Pounds Responsibilities Supervise and direct daily activities of Nursing Assistants Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Receive and transcribe physician orders accurately Monitor resident conditions and document nursing interventions Complete admission, transfer, and discharge documentation Assist physicians during rounds and coordinate resident care plans Perform treatments including catheter care, tube feedings, wound care, suctioning, and specimen collection Collect blood, urine, sputum, and other specimens for testing Record vital signs and monitor resident status Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and treatments Maintain resident confidentiality and ensure compliance with patient rights Ensure adequate medication and supply inventory Participate in facility inspections, surveys, and quality initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality resident care For more details reach at
