Assisting patients on their journey to recovery from substance use disorders. Provide noninvasive medical care- medical management to evaluate and assess patient?s level of withdrawal using evidence-based protocols. Physically low-impact position where the patients are mostly able to manage their own ADLs and ambulation. Work as a 2-3 person nursing team to provide care coordination and case management. Assure patient care meets best practice standards utilizing nursing skills, experience to maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu. Medication administration, count and register. Provide thorough, accurate and complete documentation of treatment and care in the Electronic Health Record. Monitor, assess and treat patient conditions appropriately. Other duties as assigned.
