Flexible schedule Free uniforms Training & development Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care Havenovacare | Massachusetts | Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN | Weekends Required Are you a compassionate LPN looking to make a real difference in patients' lives — right in the comfort of their own homes? Havenovacare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem/PRN positions across Massachusetts. You will provide hands-on nursing care to our patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, with the flexibility to balance your schedule while delivering exceptional care. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Provide direct, in-home patient care including medication administration, wound care, catheter care, and prescribed treatments Monitor and document patient vital signs, health status, and any changes in condition Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with RNs, physicians, and the broader care team Educate patients and family members on medications, procedures, and disease management Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards Communicate proactively with supervisors and care teams regarding patient progress Follow all infection control protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations Attend care conferences and team meetings as needed What We're Looking For Current, valid LPN license in the State of Massachusetts (in good standing) Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home care experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment health screening Availability to work weekends (required) Bilingual (English + any additional language) strongly preferred Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus Skills & Qualities We Value Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home setting Compassionate, patient-centered care approach Cultural sensitivity and comfort working with diverse patient populations Strong time management and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience Flexible scheduling — Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts available Health, dental, and vision insurance (Full-Time employees) Paid time off and holidays (Full-Time and Part-Time employees) Continuing education and professional development support Supportive, team-oriented work environment Ready to make a difference?
