Job Summary Summary Responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions- Assessing patients\' health status and developing individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the supervising registered nurse or physician.
- Monitoring patients\' vital signs and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Providing wound care and dressing changes.
- Performing basic diagnostic tests such as blood pressure checks and glucose monitoring.
- Educating patients and their families on their medical conditions and self-care techniques. Qualifications Education Bachelor\'s Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver\'s License MASS
