Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM range) Overview Seeking an experienced LPN with a background in primary care, urgent care, or community health. This role supports a fast-paced outpatient clinic. Responsibilities Perform patient triage (phone and walk-in) Assist with clinical procedures Administer immunizations, allergy, and hormone injections Review and process lab results; communicate results to patients Room patients and support clinic flow Maintain accurate documentation Requirements Active MA LPN license 1+ year of relevant clinical experience
Note:
Immunization-only (flu/COVID) experience will not be considered.
