Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)•
Long-Term Care Location:
Falmouth, Massachusetts Job Highlights 13-week assignment with high possibility of extension Competitive weekly pay: $1,900•$2,240 (local & travel candidates)
Full-time:
40 hours per week Supportive long-term care environment Schedule Rotating night shifts: 11:00 PM•7:00 AM Every other weekend required Rotating holidays Job Overview Provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting Support residents' physical, emotional, and clinical needs Lead and guide nursing assistants during assigned shifts Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Key Responsibilities Direct and supervise daily activities of nursing assistants per facility policies and regulations Plan and coordinate shift-based services, programs, and resident care activities Complete admission, transfer, and discharge documentation accurately and timely Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders, including telephone orders Maintain clear and detailed nursing notes reflecting care provided and resident response Communicate new admissions, room assignments, and care updates to nursing staff Coordinate with physicians to ensure treatment plans and orders are reviewed and signed Participate in facility surveys and inspections as required Perform nursing administrative and clinical duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience , preferably in long-term care Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license (required prior to start) BLS / CPR and AED certification required For more details reach at Aditi.sharma@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-587-6677 .
