Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking LPN
  • Long Term Care for an exciting travel opportunity in Falmouth, MA.
Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans Supervise and support nursing assistants during assigned shifts Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to care Process physician orders accurately and maintain complete resident documentation Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes Perform clinical procedures including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and specimen collection Monitor and record vital signs Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and nursing leadership Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and physician rounds Educate residents and families regarding care plans and health needs Ensure compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and facility safety standards Requirements Active Massachusetts LPN license required Graduation from an accredited LPN program required Current BLS/CPR certification required Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills Ability to supervise nursing assistants effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Ability to work independently in a fast-paced long-term care environment For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
