Job Summary Nurse Jess Injects | Cape Cod, MA Nurse Jess Injects is a luxury, appointment-only medical aesthetics practice seeking a reliable, motivated, and client-focused nurse to join our team in a dual clinical + front desk support role. This position is ideal for a nurse who is interested in wellness services, aesthetics, and providing an elevated client experience in a boutique setting. Responsibilities Clinical (Under RN/MD Direction): Administer vitamin injections (B12, glutathione, etc.) Assist with IV hydration therapy (setup, monitoring, breakdown) Obtain vitals and complete intake documentation Follow strict protocols and standing orders Maintain a clean, compliant treatment environment Front Desk +
Client Experience:
Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out Rebook appointments and guide treatment plans Educate clients on services, memberships, and packages Assist with retail sales (skincare + wellness) Support daily spa flow and organization Qualifications Active MA LPN or RN license Professional, polished, and reliable Strong communication and client interaction skills Interest in aesthetics and wellness Sales confidence is a PLUS Compensation $18-$22/hour (based on experience) Commission on services and retail sales Schedule Part-time (2-3consistent days per week) About Us Nurse Jess Injects is a luxury medical aesthetics practice specializing in natural, refined results. We offer injectables, advanced skin treatments, and wellness services in a private, high-end setting. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs, and physical examinations to monitor health status. Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform venipuncture with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Manage medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or Athenahealth, ensuring accuracy and HIPAA compliance. Conduct triage evaluations for urgent health concerns, coordinating appropriate care pathways including emergency or specialist referrals. Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's care by implementing tailored memory care strategies and behavioral health interventions. Provide health coaching focused on chronic disease management, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to promote wellness. Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, managing phone inquiries, and maintaining patient records efficiently. Assist with infection control procedures, specimen collection/processing, and sterile techniques to uphold safety standards. Requirements Valid LPN or RN license with current state licensure; additional certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Proven experience in medical-surgical units, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, or hospital settings; ICU or emergency room experience is highly valued. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks; proficiency inICD-9/ICD-10
coding preferred. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medication administration protocols including injections and catheter care. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges; dementia or Alzheimer's care experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and team collaboration; ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and patient care.
