You will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and customer service to our patients and their families.

Openings include:

16 hours on 7a-3p 32 hours on 11p-7a 16 hours on 11p-7a Weekly pay ranges from $35 to $40 an hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant Maintain current resident care plans and follow physician's orders Transcribe and review patient records daily Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs and maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list Administer medication according to procedure Demonstrate correct safety techniques and respect facility equipment and supplies Contribute to effective communication and pleasant working conditions Comply with facility Privacy Practices Policies & Procedures, protecting residents' individual health information

Requirements:

Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program CPR certified Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in Massachusetts New graduates welcome!
