What makes this role different Smaller, stable caseloads Direct communication with families and providers Nursing judgment is trusted, not micromanaged Supportive team environment with experienced staff Pay and incentives Range from $36.00-$39.18 per hour Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus Full benefits for eligible employees What you will do Administer medications and follow individualized nursing treatment plans Monitor overall health status, including skin integrity, hygiene, and seizure activity Communicate with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, families, and internal teams Respond to health concerns and recommend appropriate follow-up Complete required health documentation accurately and on time What you need Current Massachusetts LPN license BLS certification in Massachusetts Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass CORI and fingerprinting Physical considerations This role may involve assisting adults with transfers and adaptive equipment.
