Responsibilities:

Serve as primary contact person and coordinator of medical supports for all assigned individuals. Perform medical treatment when necessary, i.e. temperatures, blood pressures, etc. Consult with program staff on specific medical interventions, techniques and documentation requirements. Make referrals for appropriate health care and dental needs if applicable. Perform on-call responsibilities, as assigned by the Director of Nursing services

Qualifications:
