RN/LPN - Per-Diem

Job Description :

Campion Center is seeking an RN/LPN who is looking to join our amazing team and provide quality care to our residents. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment, great nurse to patient ratio, and in a serene and tranquil environment. You will work on a small 17-bed unit with a five-star staff rating.

The candidates for this position:

• An RN/LPN licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Possess great interpersonal skills and have a strong moral compass
• Provides care with integrity
• Has a strong focus on patient advocacy
• Responsible for the assessment of each resident
• Coordinate and cooperate with other disciplines
• Documentation on all residents
• Perform direct care to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the residents
• Make rounds with the physician
• Oversee the Certified Nurse Aides as assigned
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Pay & Benefits:

Percentage match up on your contribution to 403 (b) retirement plan up to 6% (must work at least 1,000 hours per year for the match), a $5.00 per hour weekend differential as well as a generous retention bonus of up to $5000.
