PM, Mon-Fri Responsibilities :
Provide nursing care to behavioral health and psychiatric patients from admission through discharge. Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and health needs. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in charting systems. Ensure quality care through collaboration with physicians, nurses, counselors, and support staff.
Requirements :
Active Massachusetts
LPN / LVN
Licens e. Minimum 2 year recent LPN experience Current BLS Certification "Licensed Practical Nurse" or LPN or "Licensed Vocational Nurse" or LVN or "Staff LPN" or "Staff LVN" or "Charge LPN" or "Charge LVN" or "Clinical LPN" or "Clinical LVN" #
REQHC Pay:
$37.00 - $38.00 per hour
