Shift Differentials:

Extra pay for Overnight (11PM-7AM) and Weekend shifts Weekly Pay — get paid faster Student Loan Repayment Program eligibility Your Role Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with a dedicated care team, you will: Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and DPH regulations Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes Qualifications Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program Current Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN) Long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
