Why Nurses Love Hall 1 Subacute Care Hall 1 is a 42-bed subacute rehabilitation and long-term care unit specializing in high-acuity patient care and short-term rehab services. This unit offers an exciting and rewarding environment where no two days are the same.

Patient populations include:

Post-operative recovery Stroke rehabilitation Cardiac recovery Ambulatory rehab patients Extensive wound care and wound prevention Complex long-term care residents This is a great opportunity for LPNs looking to grow their clinical experience in rehab nursing, transitional care, and geriatric healthcare. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities As an LPN on Hall 1, you will: Provide direct patient and resident care Administer medications and treatments Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Support and supervise nursing assistants and support staff Assist with admissions, discharges, and rehabilitation care coordination Document patient care accurately within the medical record Help create a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment

Qualifications Required:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Certification 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred

Education:
