Weeks Job Duties:
Provide direct nursing care to LTAC, rehab, and long-term care patients. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team. Perform wound care, skin assessments, and pressure ulcer prevention. Assist with ADLs, mobility, hygiene, and patient safety needs. Support respiratory care, including oxygen and tracheostomy management. Float between assigned units and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of current LPN in LTAC experience Maryland or Compact license BLS Certification Travel required - Must be willing to float other units as needed
Schedule:
Night Shift 19:00 - 07:30 3x12 Every other weekend
