Night Shift- 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM
- 7:30 AM)
Weekly Hours:
36 hours per weekAssignment Duration:
14Weeks Start Date:
June 8, 2026 Requirements Active LPN/LVN license in the state of Maryland Current BLS certification required Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience required Prior travel experience required LTAC experience preferred Experience with Cerner charting system required Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient monitoring Experience working with adult and geriatric patients Ability to work in fast-paced and high-acuity environments Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in LTAC, rehab, memory care, pulmonary, and long-term care units Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor vital signs, intake/output, blood glucose levels, and patient conditions Document patient care accurately within the electronic medical record system Assist with wound care, dressing changes, tracheostomy care, and feeding tube management Support patients with respiratory conditions, ventilator care, and chronic illnesses Collaborate with nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care Respond to behavioral health and de-escalation situations as needed Ensure compliance with infection control, isolation precautions, and patient safety standards Float between assigned units based on patient care needs Provide compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs and routinesPay:
