JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient conditions Assist RNs and physicians with patient care plans Maintain accurate EMR documentation Follow infection control and facility safety guidelines Support residents with daily healthcare needs
REQUIREMENTS
Active LPN License Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently during night shifts
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS BLS
(Basic Life Support) Active State LPN License
