Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions and responses to care Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations, policies, and quality standards Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful care environment

Qualifications:

Schedule & Availability Full Time, Part-Time, and PRN Hours Evenings and Nights Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday) Requirements Maryland LPN license, valid and in good standing BLS certification required Commitment to resident‑centered, high‑quality care Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred but not required Lorien Bel Air is proud to be one of the largest combined skilled nursing and assisted living communities in Harford County .
