Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, Contract Join Our Home Healthcare Team Jaden Health Care LLC is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide overnight private duty nursing care for a client in the comfort of their home in Berlin, Maryland. This is a one-on-one private duty nursing opportunity ideal for nurses who enjoy providing personalized patient care in a calm home setting. We are looking for an LPN who is attentive, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality overnight care. Responsibilities As an Overnight Private Duty LPN, you will: Provide skilled nursing care in the client's home during overnight hours Monitor patient condition and vital signs Administer medications as prescribed Assist with G-tube, tracheostomy, and skilled nursing care as needed Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records Observe and report changes in patient condition Follow individualized care plans Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the shift Respond appropriately to emergencies and patient needs Maintain infection control and safety standards

Qualifications Required:

Active Maryland LPN License Current BLS/CPR Certification Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a home care setting Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused

Preferred:
