Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Concierge & Functional Medicine Clinic Are you a compassionate, highly skilled nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and practicing medicine in a personalized, wellness-focused environment? We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing concierge primary care and functional medicine practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and helping patients achieve optimal health through a comprehensive, root-cause approach. Responsibilities Perform patient intake, assessments, and vital signs. Assist providers with concierge primary care and functional medicine visits. Administer IV nutritional therapies and injections. Demonstrate proficiency in IV insertion and venipuncture. Coordinate laboratory testing and specimen collection. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations. Manage patient communications, including phone calls, secure messaging, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records. Support clinic operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Required Active RN or LPN license in Maryland. Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills. Solid foundation in primary care nursing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative team. Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor. Preferred Experience in concierge medicine, functional medicine, integrative medicine, or wellness-based healthcare. Knowledge of women's health and hormone optimization. Experience with IV nutrition therapies. Familiarity with nutritional supplementation and lifestyle medicine. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
