Role:

As an LPN , you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to deliver evidence-based care to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Participating in concurrent and retrospective chart reviews to ensure quality patient care

Ideal Candidate:

Has a current LPN license in the state of Maryland Possesses a strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures Is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
