Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care | Pikesville, MD We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care for a client in Pikesville, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN who is passionate about delivering personalized care in a home setting while building meaningful relationships with patients and families. Responsibilities The LPN will provide bowel care and monitor the patient's comfort and condition The LPN will assist with bathing and personal care activities The LPN will perform wound care and monitor for signs of infection or skin breakdown The LPN will manage and administer medications according to the prescribed care plan The LPN will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to support patient independence and well-being The LPN will observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the care team The LPN will maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided

Schedule Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays:
