PM Job Summary:

Crescent Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and care activities Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with our rehabilitation team to support patients' recovery and achievement of their healthcare goals

Requirements:

RN:

Current licensure in the State of Maryland as a Registered Nurse; bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field

LPN:

Current licensure in the State of Maryland as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse; Diploma or Certificate in Nursing Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN or LPN Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and attention to detail
