Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to administer medication, monitor patient vital signs, and assist with medical procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Administer medication and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the medical team Assist with medical procedures, such as changing dressings and inserting catheters Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Qualifications and Skills:
