15 Weeks (Open to extend) (BI02)

Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | 36 hours/week | 30-minute meal break Job Overview We are hiring a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support residents during overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient health conditions and communicate changes appropriately Complete accurate clinical documentation and care records Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Follow infection control guidelines and facility nursing standards Support resident care plans and maintain patient safety Requirements Active LPN/LVN license BLS certification required Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment Work Setting Skilled Nursing /
