•12 HOURS FULL TIME andPART TIME
Shift differential for afternoon and night shifts as well as weekends. Same day offers, fast start! A Nurse's daily responsibilities will be to evaluate assigned patients within one of our Skilled Nursing Facilities. Our nurses direct the CENAs in their daily care of residents. Their role will be to maintain patient comfort and safety. They'll also need to follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards. They'll represent the facility with integrity, free of gifts or improper inducements. An LPN adheres to the facility's Core Values and mission with complete regard for the dignity of each person. Nurse Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing great patient care. Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients & families Administering medications and other treatments Assisting physicians during examinations & procedures Promoting patient's independence by establishing, implementing, and directing care goals. Resolving patient concerns and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. Examining patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine. Stay up to date on Nurse training & education and facility policy and procedure. Other duties as assigned.Nurse Requirements:
State Licensed Practical Nurse Valid IdentificationCOVID 19
Vaccination or Exemption Comfortable using a computer.Experience:
