Mercy Plus is looking for LPN's or RN's! We have a client in the Berrian Springs area looking for care with for day and night shift. Why Private Duty nursing... Private Duty Nursing allows a flexible schedule, 1 to 1 client to nurse ratio, and a relaxed in-home nursing work environment! Mercy Plus is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for pediatric clients. Nurses must be comfortable with in home trach and vent care as well as working with patients of all ages. Our private duty RNs and LPNs provide an array of skilled care to each client according to their physician-approved plan of care. We work alongside other disciplines involved in our clients care to ensure they are receiving the services they need to maintain or improve their health. Qualifications:

Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse License (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse License (LPN) Current CPR certification Negative TB test within the past 3 years Tracheotomy & Ventilator Management Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Demonstrates high level of character, integrity, and dependability Strong Communication Skills Ability to chart electronically Ability to work independently and as a cohesive team member
