Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a well-respected long-term care and geriatric facility in Crystal Falls, MI This contract role is ideal for an LPN with strong experience in long-term care who is passionate about providing high-quality support to older adult populations. Duties Provide direct patient care in alignment with treatment and service plans Assist residents with ADLs and medication administration, encouraging independence where possible Support a home-like, respectful environment that promotes dignity, privacy, and individual choice Follow all infection control and safety protocols Accurately document and communicate resident care updates Respond to health emergencies within LPN scope of practice and Michigan state regulations Perform additional duties as needed to support resident care Requirements Active LPN license in Michigan Minimum 1 year of experience in long term care, geriatric and skilled nursing Current BLS certification
Shift Schedule:
40 hours/week 8-hour shifts
Patient Population:
